Technical mapspraying of polyurethane foamEcofoam CC 30 W

Polyol drums should be stored at temperatures between 5 °C and 27 °C.

It is recommended to recycle Ecofoam CC 30 W polyol in combination with Cosmonate M-200 isocyanate.

Before starting work, the polyol should be stirred for about 20 minutes until the liquid in the barrel is homogeneous. Subsequently, the polyol should be stirred every 30 minutes or continuously at low speed with a barrel stirrer.

The temperature in the barrel should not exceed 32°C. Since overheating of the bulk affects the physical and mechanical properties of the foam and the overall yield of the kit.

Preheating temperature of raw materials in the barrel 25-32 ̊С

Temperature in the tanks of flow heaters .45-60 ̊С

Hose temperature (determined by opening the torch) 45-60 ̊С

    Recommended vise 1300-1500 psi

Mixing ratio of components by volume 1-1 ̊С

Thickness in 1 pass 2-5 cm

Recommended surface temperature is not less than 10 ̊С

Mixing ratio of components by volume 1-1

It is recommended to make the first pass less than 1 cm, and achieve the desired coating thickness with subsequent layers.

Waiting time between coats: 20 minutes between the first and second coats, 1 hour between the second and third coats (or until the surface temperature is 35°C).

The distance from the sprayer to the surface should be 80-100 cm

Safety precautions

Direct contact with skin and eyes may cause irritation. During work, it is necessary to ensure constant ventilation of the workspace by the supply and exhaust method (draft method). The employee must be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment, namely: Protective suit (protection level III of CE category)Mask fulls (when working with vertical surfaces) or a half mask with a filter element with a degree of protection ABEK1 or higher ●  Protective rubber gloves ●  Special footwear During spraying and for 24 hours after completion, no one should come closer than 15 meters to the application area without wearing personal respiratory protection.
The spraying technician must use a ventilation device when applying in confined spaces that do not have their own ventilation. A fan of sufficient power should be used for ventilation: air flow 45-60 m³/h.
