Application technology
ECO FOAM Spray is applied by spraying, which ensures fast surface coverage and minimizes cold bridges. The application surface must be free of moisture and pre-prepared: free of old paint and other contaminants. The material expands immediately after application, forming a homogeneous insulating layer with a thickness of 2 to 5 cm in one pass for closed cells and 5-15 cm in one pass for open cells.
For the application of sprayed polyurethane foam systems with a closed cell structure, the room temperature should be from +5°C and the application surface temperature from +2°C.
For application of sprayed polyurethane foam systems with an open cell structure, the room temperature should be from +7°C and the application surface temperature should be from +5°C.
Due to the rapid strength gain, the foam ensures the stability of the shape and adhesion to the surface.
